What's Your 35?

Challenge inspiration station

The beauty of What's Your 35? is that there are no rules. Whether you're looking for an epic challenge, something creative or a simple way to get friends and family involved, your 35 can be as big or as small as you like. The important thing is that you're helping us celebrate 35 years of changing lives while raising vital funds to power the next 35. Here's a little inspiration to get you started...

Love being active?

Take your challenge outdoors. Walk 35 miles with friends, cycle through the Kent countryside, swim 35 lengths or dust off the rowing machine and row 35 miles. Every step, stroke and mile will help power support for local families affected by dementia.

Prefer something a little more creative?

Turn your favourite hobby into your fundraiser. Knit for 35 hours, crochet 35 granny squares, paint 35 mini canvases or bake 35 delicious cupcakes to sell at work or in your community. The possibilities are endless.

Get everyone involved

Some of the best challenges are the ones shared with others. Why not organise a workplace challenge, invite your golf club to complete 35 holes, encourage your school to take on a 35-minute danceathon or bring your neighbours together for a coffee morning with a 35 theme?

Or keep it beautifully simple

Not every challenge needs to be ambitious. Raise £35, ask 35 friends to donate, complete one act of kindness every day for 35 days or spend 35 minutes walking each day throughout September. It's not about how big your challenge is—it's about the difference it makes.

Make it personal. Make it memorable.

The best challenges are the ones that reflect who you are. If your '35' makes you smile, gets people talking or brings others together, you're probably onto a winner.

Whatever you choose, you'll be helping ensure more people living with dementia and the people who care for them have somewhere to turn when they need it most.

So... what's your 35?
