My Safe Link safeguarding products help people living with dementia maintain their independence away from home by giving access to emergency contact details when scanned with a compatible smartphone. Register your interest for yourself or someone you support, and we’ll be in touch with more information. Available to eligible people supported by ADSS across North Kent, West Kent, Medway and Swale.
