Finding hope from the first concerns.

You don’t need a diagnosis to need someone to turn to. From the first worries about memory or behaviour, we’re here to listen, offer specialist guidance and help people find a way forward - so they don’t have to face the uncertainty alone.

Help a family find a way forward.

Changes in memory or behaviour can bring uncertainty long before dementia is diagnosed. Is something wrong? Who should we speak to? What happens next?

Our Dementia Coordinators are there from those first concerns. They listen, help people understand their options and find the support they need. As circumstances change, they offer practical guidance and emotional reassurance, shaped around each person and the people close to them.

That could mean helping someone navigate unfamiliar services, prepare for difficult decisions or simply talk through a worry with someone who understands.

In 2025/26, 5,309 people received our Dementia Support, including 2,594 family carers. In our evaluation, 95% of respondents felt confident we could provide the information and advice they needed.

Behind those figures is something deeply personal: feeling heard, knowing where to turn and facing the next step with greater confidence.

Help another family find their way forward.

Your donation helps put specialist support within reach of people facing the fear and uncertainty of dementia, this Christmas and beyond.
