The purpose of this role is to support people affected by dementia by helping create a safe, welcoming, and friendly Memory Café where they can socialise, take part in activities, and feel less isolated. Volunteers support staff with practical tasks like setting up, refreshments, and health and safety, while also engaging with attendees to encourage participation, wellbeing, and inclusion.
