Valuing People Now: Making it Happen
getting ready for the funding transfer

Conference exploring the risks and impact of the planned transfer to the Local Authorities of all Budget and Commissioning Responsibility for Learning Disability Social Care Services. This conference will explore perspectives on the benefits and risks of the transfer, and have a focus on the practicalities of making it happen and achieving the changes envisaged.
