Valuing People Now: Making it Happen getting ready for the funding transfer Monday 15 September 2008 Local Government House, Smith Square, London SW1P 3HZ   Conference exploring the risks and impact of the planned transfer to the Local Authorities of all Budget and Commissioning Responsibility for Learning Disability Social Care Services.
